Randy Ziffer
Randy Ziffer began her career in journalism as a reporter then editor with The Orlando Sentinel. From there she continued as a news editor and then features editor with The Atlanta Journal Constitution. She took a few years off to raise her young family, and then, because of extensive media contacts throughout the Atlanta region, was named the first executive director of The Atlanta Press Club.

Under her direction, and with the assistance of CNN President Tom Johnson, the club grew in membership and credibility to become one of the most viable journalism organizations in the nation. Turning her career to new challenges in public relations, Randy joined The Home Depot to manage the PR sponsorship for the 1996 Centennial Olympic Games. In addition, she was the project director and author of the corporate Annual Report and managed public relations and crisis communications for all the retail stores in the Southern Division. Her research capabilities also were used in the Investor Relations arena. Her expertise in all these areas help to give her a well-rounded notion of all forms of media and media relations.
